Sybil Worden

Sybil Worden has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Sybil began their career as a Human Resources Regional Intern at Best Buy in May 2005 and continued in this role until December 2006. From there, they joined Target as a Human Resources Manager in December 2006 and remained in this position until September 2010.

In September 2010, Sybil moved on to Midas Auto Service Experts, where they served as the National HR Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the HR functions for all U.S. Company Owned Stores and Corporate Headquarters Locations. Sybil held this position until November 2011.

After their tenure at Midas, Sybil joined Learning Resources in November 2011 as a Sr. Human Resources Manager. Sybil later progressed to the role of Director of Human Resources in December 2012 and then to Sr. Director of Human Resources, Head of HR in November 2015. Sybil'smost recent role at Learning Resources was as the Vice President of Human Resources, which they assumed in August 2020.
