Learning Sandbox
Adrian Visagie is currently the Head of User Support and IT at Learning Sandbox since October 2020. Previously, Adrian worked as the Global Success Manager at GetSmarter from April 2018 to September 2020. Adrian studied Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics at Rhodes University from 2007 to 2011. Adrian is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, managing IT assets, and providing technical support at Learning Sandbox. In addition, Adrian leads a team of professionals to monitor client queries, escalate unresolved tasks, update Help Centre articles, create standardized email responses, and compile training documentation for support agents. Adrian also reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service delivery metrics as required by the business teams.
