Abhijeet Lekhi

Abhijeet Lekhi has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Abhijeet is currently working as the Director of Technical Product Management at Learning Without Tears since 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Great Minds from 2021 to 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Abhijeet worked at Learning Without Tears, where they held multiple positions, including Business Analysis & Quality Engineering Manager, Sr. Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer, and Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer. In these roles, they supervised and led teams, managed the development cycle for system re-design, and captured business requirements for different products.

Prior to that, Abhijeet worked at Blackboard from 2010 to 2017. During this time, they held the positions of Specialist, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Consulting Senior Analyst. Their responsibilities included designing and capturing requirements for integrated cloud service solutions, providing support and resolving issues for custom projects, and gathering business requirements for integration projects with McGraw-Hill.

Before Blackboard, Abhijeet worked at Gensuite LLC as a Business Analyst, where they worked closely with clients to gather and prioritize requirements for integrated web applications.

Abhijeet's early work experience includes working as an IT Consultant at the University of Cincinnati, where they managed the technology infrastructure and provided support for various applications. Abhijeet also worked at Sapient as an Associate Technology L2, where they developed and tested interfaces for business applications.

Abhijeet Lekhi completed their B.Tech in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued an MBA at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2008 to 2010.
