Emily McArthur

Emily McArthur has over six years of experience in customer experience management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Ruggable since March 2021. Emily has progressed through various roles at Ruggable, including Senior Manager and Customer Experience Manager. Prior to this, Emily held leadership positions at Freeplay as Head of Operations and Product Operations Manager from March 2019 to January 2021. Emily's career also includes a role as a Data Analyst at PayClip Inc. in 2018, an Executive Assistant to the CEO at FutureBrand Speck, and an Account Manager at Mozenda. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Utah Valley University.
