Lori Breckenridge has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Lori began their career as a Document Control Specialist at BioNebraska in 1996, where they handled and safeguarded corporate documents and maintained employee training databases. In 2000, they transitioned to Jostens as a Sales Assistant, where they provided customer service, processed product orders, and assisted in product presentations at high schools. In 2003, they joined Handwriting Without Tears, initially as a Workshop Coordinator, planning and organizing over 150 trainings per year, and negotiating contracts with venues and schools. Lori then became a Workshop Operations Supervisor, overseeing operations for over 500 professional development trainings annually and managing a team of seven staff members. In 2010, Lori moved to Learning Without Tears, where they held the role of Sr. Workshop Operations Manager, managing staff, overseeing operations for over 500 trainings per year, and presenting quarterly numbers to executive staff. Currently, they are serving as Workshop Operations Director at Learning Without Tears.

Lori Breckenridge started their education journey at Southeast Community College from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business. Lori then continued their studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 2000 and 2002, focusing on Business Administration. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Lori attended Bellevue University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management.
