Smilena Spasova is currently working as a Solution Sales Executive and Account Manager at Learningbank, where the focus is on transforming old corporate learning into modern digital learning for employees. Prior to this, Smilena held positions at Dixa as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, where the company aimed to improve customer service by unifying communication channels. Additionally, Smilena worked as a Freelance Marketing Consultant, Marketing Event Coordinator, and in marketing and sales roles at different companies. Smilena holds a Bachelor's degree in E-concept Development and has also completed an ERASMUS student exchange program focusing on web and knowledge sharing.
