Michiel Klønhammer has extensive experience in the tech and education industries. Michiel began their career in 1991 as a Localization Manager at Microsoft. In 1993, they became the CEO of ICATT Interactive Media and a Member of the Board at the Open Haven Museum. From 2006 to 2010, they were the International Quality Manager and Communications Manager at Lead Consortium, where they were responsible for development, communication strategy, and functional aspects of the application. Michiel then founded Maximonster Interactive Things in 2010, where they served as a Founder, Developer, Consultant, and Project Manager. In 2011, they founded MaxClass - Connecting the Class, Home and School, and served as the CEO. In 2014, they founded LearningStone, an online learning and collaboration platform for training and coaching professionals. Michiel currently serves as the Chief of Things at LearningStone. Additionally, since 2016 they have been a Valorisation Expert and Business Developer at the University of Amsterdam.
Michiel Klønhammer attended RSG Leeuwarden from 1981 to 1984, where they earned a Highschool degree in VWO. Michiel then attended the University of Amsterdam from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Masters in Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, Brain & Cognition.
