Todd Chandler

Todd Chandler is the Managing Director and CTO at LearningStream. Todd has over 25 years of experience in software development and consulting. Prior to joining LearningStream, they were the CEO of JTC Technologies - Learning Stream, a SaaS online registration management software company for education, healthcare, non-profit, and for-profit organizations. Todd has also served as a consultant for Louisville Gas & Electric and Construction Zone.com. In addition, they were a software engineer at ZML - Adware Systems and WARIC Associates.

Todd Chandler graduated from Georgetown College.
