Erica McNamara

Erica McNamara is the current Human Resources, People Team & Accounting Consultant at LearnLaunch. Erica has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. McNamara has worked as a financial analyst and decision support for Central Vermont Medical Center, as well as owning their own consulting company, McNamara Consulting. Additionally, they have served as the Vice President of Finance for the Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems and as the Controller for Gifford Medical Center. Prior to their current position, Erica was the Director of People Operations, Benefits and Payroll at Articulate where they managed compensation, benefits, total rewards, payroll, Radford/AON, and ABD Benefits Broker.

Erica McNamara has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Trinity College of Vermont and is Certified Public Accountant.
