Bojana Tojic

Bojana Tojic is a skilled professional with experience in sales operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Sales Operation Support Assistant at Learnlight since June 2018, Bojana acts as the liaison between the Sales, Product, and Coordination Teams, focusing on quality assurance during the beta and trial stages of various programs to facilitate scalability. Previously, from December 2014 to May 2018, Bojana worked as a Customer Service Agent at Netex Group, providing support to French-speaking customers and managing relationships with key selling platforms in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Bojana holds a Master's degree in French language and literature from the University of Novi Sad, alongside a Bachelor's degree in the same field, further complemented by a strong foundational education at Grammar school “Vuk Karadžić.”
