Giovanna Mendieta

Giovanna Mendieta is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client success management, program management, and mental health support. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager and Program Manager at Learnlight since October 2021, Giovanna previously worked at Amazon as a Data Associate in Machine Learning from January 2020 to October 2021. Giovanna has also held various roles, including Mental Health Specialist while self-employed, Student Counselor and Mental Health Advocate at Kalu Yala, and Deputy Operations Manager at Raleigh International. In addition, Giovanna has facilitated art therapy workshops for at-risk youth at Asociación Sueña en Colores. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Centroamericana de Ciencias Sociales, a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Diploma from IKY Yoga Center, and an Associate's degree in Art Therapy from UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, alongside a High School Diploma from Colegio Internacional SEK Costa Rica.
