Susan LaShomb has extensive experience in human resources and client services. Susan started their career at Beneficial National Bank as Vice President of Client Services & E-Commerce from 1990 to 1998. Susan then joined Devon Consulting as a Senior IT/Healthcare Recruiter & HR Practice Manager from 1998 to 2002. Since 2002, they have been working at LearnQuest, where they currently hold the position of Director of Global Human Resources. In this role, they have successfully managed the global HR department, implemented processes & policies, and developed a company culture that emphasizes teamwork and high performance. Susan has also played a key role in expanding LearnQuest's education partner network, increasing the company's headcount by 230%, and establishing a global hiring strategy.
