Lina María Camacho has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Lina María began their career in 2007 as a Project Manager at OpenTec, where they were responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring corporate e-learning projects. In 2008, they joined FIDEM as a Project Manager Officer, overseeing the development and implementation of a new bank branch and an ERP system. From 2010 to 2011, Lina worked as a Business Development Manager at élogos, managing important client accounts and ensuring successful negotiations for training and development projects. Lina María then moved on to Learnship, where they held various customer success roles. As a Regional Customer Success Manager from 2012 to 2015, they ensured customer satisfaction and worked cross-functionally to resolve issues. From 2015 to 2019, Lina served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, managing language programs and implementing customer success plans, resulting in increased customer retention. In December 2019, they were promoted to the position of Customer Success Team Lead - Latam at Learnship.
Lina María Camacho completed a Licenciatura degree in Business Administration at Universidad de La Sabana from 1999 to 2004. Lina María also obtained a degree in Business Administration from the same university during the same time period.
