Brett Spencer

Brett Spencer is an experienced leader in customer experience and success, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at LearnUpon since August 2025. In this role, Brett focuses on creating a customer-first organization that drives measurable value through effective alignment of Success, Support, and Implementation teams. Prior to LearnUpon, Brett held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Veriforce from October 2023 to September 2025. Brett's extensive background also includes various roles at Avetta, where responsibilities included VP of Client Success, Director of Global Supplier Support, Director of Account Management, and Account Executive. Earlier career experiences include positions such as Senior Sales Specialist at Novo Nordisk and Senior CNS Sales Specialist at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals. Brett began a career in pharmaceutical sales at Merck in 2001. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fresno.
