Pedro Viudes

Pedro Viudes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pedro is currently working at LearnUpon as a Principal Strategic Implementation Consultant since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Strategic Implementation Consultant at LearnUpon from January 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Strategic Onboarding Specialist and Senior Onboarding Specialist at LearnUpon from July 2021 to January 2022 and from January 2021 to July 2021, respectively.

Before joining LearnUpon, Pedro worked at Investment Metrics as an Enterprise Client Success Manager from January 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they managed a client book of business, served as the voice of the client during new functionality development, and acted as a project manager for system enhancements. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Investment Metrics from July 2016 to December 2017, overseeing the development and launch strategy for new products and managing mid to large-size client relationships.

Pedro also has experience working at Vanguard as an Education Savings Specialist from December 2015 to July 2016 and as a Relationship Associate RIG from September 2014 to December 2015. Additionally, they worked at TD as a Customer Service Representative from July 2013 to August 2014 and at Stratus Interactive as a Marketing Analyst Intern from August 2013 to December 2013.

Pedro Viudes attended Penn State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2013, they also briefly attended ESCI-UPF, focusing on International Business/Marketing. In 2014, Pedro obtained the General Securities Representative - Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination - Series 63 certification from NASAA.
