Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships at LearnUpon

Rachel Spelman began their work experience in 2014 at LivingSocial as an Inside Sales Marketing Consultant. During this role, they sourced clients for LivingSocial Daily Deals platform and was awarded the UK/Ireland "Sales Star" of the Month in July 2015.

In 2015, Rachel joined Social Talent as an Enterprise Account Manager. In this position, they managed a portfolio of global accounts, generated new business, and maintained relationships with key accounts. Rachel also represented Social Talent at various HR, recruitment, and sales conferences.

Rachel then transitioned to LearnUpon in 2017 as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they managed a portfolio of large enterprise customers and handled the onboarding, implementation, strategy, change management, product training, technical integration support, workflow strategy, and post-launch adoption and renewal opportunities.

In 2020, Rachel was promoted to Manager, Strategic Partnerships at LearnUpon, where they focused on generating new revenue streams and managing the growth and retention of partnerships. Rachel further progressed to become the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships in January 2022. The responsibilities in this role include creating partnerships and adding value to LearnUpon's ecosystem.

Rachel Spelman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media Production Management from Dublin City University in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Media Production (Radio) from Ballyfermot College of Further Education from 2011 to 2013. In 2010-2011, Rachel pursued their studies in Radio & Journalism at Galway Technical Institute, where they achieved a Fetac Level 5 qualification.

Additionally, Rachel obtained certifications such as "Leading Your Team Through Change" from LinkedIn in May 2019 and "Social Talent Black Belt in Internet Recruitment" from Social Talent in February 2016.
