Helen Marouli has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Helen started their career as a Graphic designer at Anamorphosis Architects in 2002, where they worked on promoting the company's work and designing architectural publications. Helen then joined PILIDES S.A. in 2004 as a Graphic Designer and later became an Art Director, where they worked on various graphic development projects and creative concepts. In 2008, Helen started their freelance career as a Graphic Web Designer, specializing in graphic art and web design. Helen then joined Globe One Digital in 2013, where they worked as a UX/UI Designer & Art Director, collaborating with product owners, project managers, and developers to design websites, apps, and digital campaigns. In 2020, Helen moved to Desquared as a UI/UX Designer, where they collaborated with stakeholders and engineers to design user flows for the National Bank of Greece Internet Banking web application. Their most recent position is as a Product Designer at Toptal since 2019, where they continue to utilize their design skills. Currently, they are working as a Product Designer at LearnWorlds since 2022.

Helen Marouli has a diverse education history that spans multiple disciplines. Helen obtained a Certification of Completion in UX Academy from Designlab in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma of Higher Education in Graphic Design from Middlesex University from 2000 to 2002. Furthermore, they hold a Piano Degree in Piano & Music Theory from Apollonio Music School, where they studied from 1984 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Helen Marouli has also obtained several certifications. Helen completed courses such as "Accessibility: How to Design for All" and "Gestalt Psychology and Web Design: The Ultimate Guide" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in December 2021. Helen also completed a course on "Conversion Rate Optimization and Applied UX Research" from the Nielsen Norman Group in May 2020. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in blockchain and UX from the Nielsen Norman Group in July 2019 and a certification in Mobile User Experience Design from The Interaction Design Foundation in February 2018. Helen Marouli also obtained certifications in various other areas such as web design and development, dynamic user experience, and running online experiments for superior digital products.
