I don't like when people give a half-hearted effort or settle for less than what they could actually provide. People should show up and give their best effort even if it falls short. Part of what is exciting about work is big ideas and creating better solutions for what we do. People are close-minded or treat people indifferently because they do not hold the same status or rank as you.
Fun fact
Though I sit behind a desk most of the day I actually enjoy physical hard work. In college during the summers, I worked at a mine.
