Mike Williams

Mike Williams has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Mike currently holds the position of Director of Infrastructure at LeaseHawk since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Invitation Homes as a Sr Director, Technology Operations from February 2017 to September 2020. In this role, they focused on stabilizing systems and processes during a period of mergers and consolidations in the industry. Before Invitation Homes, Mike was the Director of DevOps at Shmoop from October 2016 to February 2017. Mike was responsible for implementing high availability systems and adopting Agile practices. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Director, Data Center Operations at Parchment Inc. from April 2012 to October 2016, where they successfully reduced downtime significantly. Mike also has experience working at Cisco Systems where they held various roles including Software Configuration Management Technical Lead and Architect from July 2007 to March 2011. In this role, they focused on automation and optimization of systems. Before Cisco, they worked at Moog Aircraft Group as a Software Configuration Management Administrator. Additionally, Mike worked at Cisco Systems as a Technical Architect and Team Lead from January 1997 to January 2007 where they made significant contributions in SCM automation, cost-saving initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Mike Williams attended California State University, Chico from 1991 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a master's degree in Computer Science and Business.
