Kristen Brooks, CPM, ARM, is a seasoned professional in property management and consulting with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Advisory Services at LeaseLock since November 2023, Kristen focuses on providing comprehensive customer support and consulting for client onboarding processes. Prior to this position, Kristen spent a decade at RealPage, Inc., where responsibilities included directing Business Intelligence implementations and overseeing a team for Asset Optimization Solutions. Kristen's earlier career involved managing multifamily properties for Columbia Residential and Ithaca Rentals & Renovations, where expertise in revenue management and client relationship maintenance was demonstrated. Kristen began in the property management field as an assistant at Hobgood, Jones & Associates and has built a diverse skill set through progressively responsible positions since 2000.
