Jennifer Canales is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at LeaseQuery since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent nearly a decade at Brightstar Corp., where responsibilities included leading global learning strategies, managing training teams, and enhancing training materials for subscriber care and technical support. Jennifer's earlier positions at Brightstar included roles such as Senior Training Manager, Training Manager, and Associate Escalations Manager, which involved overseeing training initiatives, managing escalations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, earned between 2004 and 2008.
