Olivia Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Olivia started their career as an Access Control Agent in the United States Air Force, where they managed the visitor badging process and ensured compliance with security requirements. Olivia then moved on to the role of Protective Service Officer, coordinating arrivals and departures of distinguished visitors and providing on-site security. Olivia later became a Program Support Manager, overseeing control center operations and providing technical support to remote users. After leaving the Air Force, they joined LeaseAccelerator as a Technical Support Specialist, where they excelled in resolving client issues and increasing customer satisfaction. Olivia then joined Roadie as a Customer Success Manager, leveraging data to identify critical situations and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for users. Most recently, they joined LeaseQuery in the role of Customer Success Manager, advocating for customers and helping them achieve success with the product.
