Joscha Rosenbauer

Joscha Rosenbauer is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the leasing and financial services industries. As Co-Founder and CEO of LeaseTeq AG since March 2021, Joscha leads the development of innovative digital leasing solutions across Europe. Prior to this, Joscha co-founded and served as CEO of PACTUM AG from July 2016 to August 2022, focusing on providing working capital solutions to industry leaders in Switzerland. Joscha's career at Porsche AG spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included Director of Sales and roles in various international markets. Joscha holds an MBA from the University of St.Gallen and other advanced degrees from IMD and Esade, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Stuttgart.
