Justin Baum

Justin Baum has a range of experience in product and user experience roles. Justin is currently the VP Product at LeaseUp, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner, Product at Quarter from January 2019 to June 2021. Justin also served as the VP Product at Elephant from February 2018 to July 2018 and as the Executive Creative Director, Product from June 2017 to January 2018. Before that, they were the Executive Experience Director at Huge from November 2016 to May 2017. Justin held the role of VP User Experience at Polyera from June 2014 to February 2016 and the role of Director Product/Experience at West from November 2013 to May 2014. From May 2011 to March 2013, they were the VP Product at Stipple, and at The Barbarian Group, they served as the Executive Director, Product/Experience from January 2010 to April 2011 and as the Director User Experience from June 2007 to January 2010. Justin began their career as a UX Designer at Apple Inc from June 2005 to June 2007 and as a Designer at Kurt Noble Inc from June 2004 to June 2005.

Justin Baum attended Emerson College from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media.
