Sandra Burgess

Sandra Burgess possesses extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as a Shift Team Lead and Cloud Tech CSR at Leaseweb since August 2018. Prior to this, Sandra held various roles at IBM from 2007 to 2018, including L2 Team Lead IT Specialist and Application Consultant, where responsibilities included managing ITIL processes, training program development, and incident resolution.
