Gemma Green

Gemma Green currently serves as the Human Resources Manager and Global Talent Lead at Leasys since April 2023, overseeing Human Resources for approximately 95 employees and shaping the UK HR strategy including aspects such as organisational change, remuneration, employee relations, and well-being. Prior to this role, Gemma spent nearly five years as a Talent and Engagement Business Partner at Stellantis, where the focus was on delivering the Talent Engagement Strategy and aligning business areas with best practices. Gemma's career began at PSA Peugeot Citroën, starting as an HR Administrator and progressing to HR Business Partner, providing HR services across three brands in Coventry. Gemma received education at Tile Hill Girls Academy from 1997 to 2002.
