Amy Lyon

Amy Lyon is currently the treasurer at Leatherstocking Cooperative Insurance Company. Prior to their current position, Amy worked as the office manager/bookkeeper at Apple Converting (Greystone) from October 1998 to April 2000. In their role, they worked directly with the president of the company on various tasks related to managing the office. Amy also handled the financials for Greystone, which were reported to Apple Converting headquarters on a weekly basis.

Amy Lyon's educational career began with their attending high school at Edmeston Central. After graduation, they attended college at Bryant & Stratton College - Main Syracuse, where they earned an Associate's degree in Retail Management. Amy then pursued a career in Business Administration and Management, General at Utica University.
