Marcus Beale

Marcus Beale is an experienced executive specializing in CFO practices, currently serving as Partner in the CFO Practice at Leathwaite since April 2024. Previously, Marcus held the position of Partner and Global Head of the CFO Practice at ONE SEARCH from January 2023 to March 2024, focusing on global development across major cities. As Managing Director and Chair of the CFO Practice at Drax Executive from February 2020 to November 2022, Marcus successfully expanded the CFO practice significantly. Marcus took a career break in early 2020 to participate in the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge, raising approximately £750,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
