Vanessa Wintle-Thorpe

Vanessa Wintle-Thorpe serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Leathwaite since June 2021, where Vanessa focuses on executive search, interim management, and data insights. Previously, Vanessa worked at Savannah Group as a Talent Acquisition Project Manager, establishing an internal talent acquisition function. Prior experience includes roles at Korn Ferry, where Vanessa held multiple positions, including Senior Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant and Research Associate, as well as Research Associate at Sheffield Search. Early career experience includes a role as a Court Reporter for the New Zealand Ministry of Justice, and a technical executive position within the Poultry Industry Association of New Zealand. Vanessa holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business, Communication Management, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Communication Management from Massey University.
