Dominic Hamel

Dominic Hamel is a seasoned product developer with extensive experience in the sporting goods industry. Since February 2016, Dominic has been with Leatt Corporation, focusing on design and product development. Prior to this, Dominic served as Product Manager for helmets and sunglasses at Louis Garneau Sports Inc. from January 2008 to February 2016, where responsibilities included product line development, market analysis, design strategy formulation, project timeline management, and leading brainstorming and product testing activities. Dominic also possesses strong CAD skills in Solidworks, Modo 701, and Adobe software, coupled with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. Earlier experience includes roles as an Industrial Designer at Laflamme Portes et Fenêtres and CGAir System, focusing on high-end PVC windows and accessories for therapeutic baths, respectively. Dominic holds a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Industrial and Product Design from CEGEP - Sainte-Foy.
