Thomas Rivard-Willis

Thomas Rivard-Willis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operations and Facility Manager at The Children's Guild, having joined in September 2008. Thomas transitioned from the Mission Advancement department to become the Procurement Manager, fulfilling operational demands as the organization expanded. Throughout their tenure, Thomas has held various roles including Systems Associate, Development Associate, and Office Manager. In addition to work at The Children's Guild, Thomas has extensive training experience, serving as an instructor for the American Red Cross, a Stop The Bleed Trainer, and a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor. Thomas also holds a Master Educator position with the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics and has contributed to the Baltimore Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America in multiple capacities. Thomas earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Baltimore and graduated from Archbishop Curley High School.
