Jane Crisan currently serves as the CEO of Rain the Growth Agency, an independent, women-led integrated advertising agency that excels in linking strategy, creative production, and analytics to achieve client goals. Additionally, Jane holds the position of President & COO at SheScales, a consultancy aimed at empowering female founders, while also being a member of the board of advisors for Leavened, a marketing technology company. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at agencies such as The Garage/Team Mazda, T3, and Wunderman Team Detroit, Jane has a proven track record in strategic governance, digital marketing, and performance optimization for major clients including Ford Motor Company and JP Morgan Chase. Jane Crisan holds a degree in Marketing and Decision Science from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, as well as an MBA in Marketing from Wayne State University.
