Colby Dailey

Colby Dailey is the founder of Multiplier Advisors™, a pioneering impact consulting firm supporting health-focused investors in the United States, established in May 2021. As a Senior Advisor at Leavitt Partners since 2020 and a Healthcare Systems Endowment Fellow at Tideline from February 2022 to March 2024, Colby brings extensive experience in public health and impact investing. Previous roles include Deputy Director and Principal Investigator at the Public Health Institute, Managing Director and Co-founder of the Build Healthy Places Network, and Director of Policy and Research at Pacific Community Ventures. Colby also held positions at Capital Impact Partners and the UC Berkeley Institute for Urban and Regional Development, along with a lengthy tenure at Capital Group Companies, Inc. Colby holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Wheaton College, complemented by a program at the Harvard Kennedy School.
