Andra Groller

Andra Groller has extensive work experience in the career and technology education field. Andra started their career in 1988 as an Information Systems Technology Instructor at the Career Institute of Technology, where they stayed until 2016. In 2014, they also worked as a Field Resource Instructor at The Pennsylvania State University until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Andra worked as an Assistant Principal and Cooperative Education Coordinator at the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. In 2020, they joined the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center as an Assistant Director and was promoted to Administrative Director in 2023.

Andra Groller obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education from Temple University. Andra then went on to pursue a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Workforce Education and Development-Educational Leadership from Penn State University. Andra also holds additional certifications including Administrative Director Certification, Career Development Facilitator, Computer Technology Certification, Cooperative Education Certification, and Principal Certification.
