Shahzad Malik

Shahzad Malik is an experienced professional with a solid background in software engineering and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Consultant in Conversational AI at Lebara since June 2022, Shahzad is instrumental in developing the Lebara-SMART GenAI solution to enhance customer experience and has contributed to the migration of traditional chatbots to advanced AI systems. Shahzad also holds the position of Principal Software Engineer at Mercurial Minds, leading the CareWiz chatbot platform projects, including the development of a Facebook chatbot for HBL banking services. With prior experience in various roles such as Technical Lead at Designx Solutions and Senior Engineer at u-blox, Shahzad has a proven track record in embedded systems, IoT platforms, and real-time software development. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Riphah International University and teaching experience as a lecturer at Riphah International University.
