Ken Osmun has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ken began their career in 1990 as an Officer in the US Navy, where they served as a Program Manager until 1999. Following their military service, they joined Wight & Company, where they served as President from 1999 to 2017. During their time at Wight & Company, they oversaw the company's operations and contributed to its success. In 2017, they joined VIP Structures as President of Construction and Interim Director of Architecture until 2021.
