Ken Osmun

Ken Osmun has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ken began their career in 1990 as an Officer in the US Navy, where they served as a Program Manager until 1999. Following their military service, they joined Wight & Company, where they served as President from 1999 to 2017. During their time at Wight & Company, they oversaw the company's operations and contributed to its success. In 2017, they joined VIP Structures as President of Construction and Interim Director of Architecture until 2021. At VIP Structures, they played a key role in overseeing construction projects and providing leadership in architecture. In 2021, they moved to Integrated Solutions Delivered, LLC as the Managing Principal. Currently, they are working at LeChase Construction as a Project Executive, a position they started in 2022.

Ken Osmun obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued post-graduate work in the US Navy, where they attended the Civil Engineering Corps Officer School for construction from 1995 to 1995. Additionally, they engaged in post-graduate work in the US Navy in Nuclear Power School/Nuclear Prototype Training for nuclear engineering from 1991 to 1992.

In terms of certifications, Ken Osmun holds several qualifications such as CM-Lean from the Associated General Contractors of America, DBIA from the Design-Build Institute of America, LEED AP Building Design + Construction from the USGBC National Capital Region, NYS SDVOB from the GENERAL SERVICES, NEW YORK OFFICE OF, Professional Engineer (PE) licenses in New York, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and WELL AP from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
