Alex Poythress

Alex Poythress is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Ballistic Armor Co. since August 2022, Alex has guided the company through significant growth and innovation in the tactical defense sector. In addition to this role, Alex serves as Chief Operations Officer at Moore Construction, overseeing daily operations and driving efficiencies, and as a Partner at Raven Equity, managing investments and financial planning for Ballistic Armor Co. Prior roles include City Councilor for Ward 1 in Medford, Oregon, Principal Partner and Director of Operations at Reveil Agency, and Chief Marketing Officer at NatureWise, among others. Alex's career began as a founder and Managing Director of OnRamp Data and has been supported by formal training in project management at Coca-Cola Bottling Company United. Alex holds a degree from Samford University.
