Operations Support Specialist at LeChase Construction Services, LLC

Melissa Pendergraph most recently worked at LeChase Construction from May 2022 onwards, holding the position of Operations Support Specialist. In this role, they provided support to regional SBU leaders with project reporting, special assignments, and audits. Additionally, they acted as a liaison between operations and functional groups, offering training on project accounting, analysis, and troubleshooting within the Vista by Viewpoint software.

Prior to their current role, Melissa worked at LeChase Construction as a Project Administrator from September 2018 to May 2022. As a Project Administrator, they supported the project team throughout all phases of assigned projects and served as a liaison between subcontractors/vendors, the project team, and corporate staff. Melissa'sresponsibilities also included administering and managing contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.

Before joining LeChase Construction, Melissa worked at the University of North Carolina Wilmington as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from August 2017 to December 2017. Melissa also had a brief stint at Total Stockroom as a Production Assistant in June 2015, where they assisted with processing purchase orders by packing merchandise, printing logos onto clothing, and preparing clothing for purchase orders.

Melissa Pendergraph attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) from Procore Technologies in August 2022. Melissa also obtained a Notary Public certification from the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State in March 2019, and an OSHA 10 certification from OSHA 10 Hour Training in September 2018.
