Stephanie Pennington

Stephanie Pennington has a range of work experience in different industries and positions. Stephanie started as a Legislative Director at NYS Assembly 144th District in 2001 and held the role until 2004. After that, they worked at Bryant & Stratton College as a Program Director for Paralegal Studies from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they served as the Coordinator of Policy Services at Erie 1 BOCES from 2007 to 2009. Pennington then joined Abt Associates as a Site Director for the BOND Project in 2010. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at LPCiminelli Inc. as the Director of Compliance MWBE & EEO. Most recently, they have been employed at LeChase Construction, starting in 2018, where they held the positions of Corporate Diversity Manager and currently serves as the Director of DEI & Supplier Diversity.

Stephanie Pennington has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Sociology from Syracuse University - Maxwell School. Additionally, they hold a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from the University at Buffalo, where they focused on Finance Transactions & Community Economic Development. Stephanie also obtained a Master of Science degree (MS) from the University at Buffalo, specializing in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with a concentration in Public Administration and Public Policy.
