Steve Drury has extensive experience in technical support and system administration, currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at LeChase Construction since August 2021. Prior to this role, Steve worked as a Technical Support Professional at L3Harris Corporation from June 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to Windows 10, mobile devices, and various IT services. Steve's career began at Xerox/CTG in January 2005, providing PC and desk-side support until June 2019, with expertise in operating systems including MS Windows XP through 10, as well as UNIX and Linux environments.
