Peter Hess

Peter Hess has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Peter started their career at H.Stoll GmbH & Co KG in 2001, where they underwent training as an Industriemachaniker until 2003. Peter then joined Walter AG (Walter Tools) in 2007, working as a Prozessingenieur for two years before becoming a Teamleiter Produktion from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they moved to Lechler GmbH as Stellv. Fertigungsleiter until 2018 when they became Fertigungsleiter. Peter further progressed to the role of Bereichsleiter Fertigung und Operations from 2022 to 2022. Currently, Peter is serving as the Vice President Operations at Lechler GmbH since 2023.

Peter Hess obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Maschinenbau from Reutlingen University from 2003 to 2007. Peter then pursued a Master of Business and Engineering degree with a focus on General Management from Steinbeis Hochschule from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, in 2005, they attended Stellenbosch University and studied Maschinenbau, though they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
