Wiebke Sparka

Wiebke Sparka currently serves as Vice President of Talent & Diversity at E.ON, focusing on the global talent strategy and talent digitization. Prior to this role, Wiebke led Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Diversity initiatives at E.ON. Additionally, Wiebke is a member of the Supervisory Board at Lechwerke AG since February 2022 and previously held the position of Head of Capability Management IT at innogy SE, overseeing digital upskilling and leadership development. Wiebke's earlier experience includes roles at Siemens, where responsibilities included talent diagnostics and training, and at Avnet Technology Solutions as an SVP Assistant in IT. Wiebke holds a Diploma in Organisational Leadership from the University of Oxford, a Master of Science in Business Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management.
