Natella Micola

Natella Micola is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at LECO since May 2021. With a diverse background that includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Aegis Worldwide and a Human Resources Recruiter at Goshen Health, Natella has developed comprehensive expertise in recruitment and human resources. Previous positions at the University of Notre Dame, where Natella served as both HR Recruiting Coordinator and Regional Administrative Assistant, further enhanced Natella's skills in administrative support and recruitment processes. Earlier experience as an Executive Assistant at the St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Offices provided foundational administrative capabilities. Natella holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Ashford University, along with certification from Recruiter Academy as a Certified Recruiter in Talent Acquisition.
