Preston Jackson

Preston Jackson has over 19 years of experience in shipping and warehouse management, currently serving as the Shipping Department Supervisor at LECO since October 2004. In this role, Preston oversees the direct and indirect shipping of more than 4,000 orders per month for a midsize laboratory instrumentation manufacturer, supervising a team of 16 full-time employees and reporting to the Production Manager. Previously, Preston held positions as Assistant Shipping Supervisor and Shipping Clerk, where responsibilities included arranging freight pickups and analyzing freight bills, as well as serving as a Stockroom/Shipping/Receiving/UPS Team Member. Earlier experience includes managing a $6 million inventory as Warehouse Manager at Competitive Edge. Preston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and an Associate of Arts from Hutchinson Community College.
