Arend Lauwers

Arend Lauwers is an experienced professional in digital transformation and omnichannel strategy, currently serving as the Owner of birdshape, where the focus is on enabling seamless B2B and B2C customer experiences through technology. Recently, Arend has also taken on the role of Senior Program/Project Lead at Lecot, driving strategic programs including the transformation of e-commerce platforms and the launch of a Master Data Management system. Previously, Arend held the position of Digital Transformation Lead at Metagenics, where responsibilities included developing a digital channel strategy and implementing a multi-brand e-commerce platform. With a background that includes multiple roles at delaware BeLux, Computer Sciences Corporation, and AXA, Arend has successfully managed various consulting and project leadership assignments. Arend holds a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven.
