Filip de Boeck

Filip De Boeck is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director at Lecot since May 2016. Prior to this role, Filip held several positions at WE Fashion, TNT Express, and ING Belgium, where responsibilities included HR management and project leadership across various regions including Belux and France. Filip's educational background features a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Provinciale Hogeschool Gent and a Master in Human Resources from Vlerick Business School. Additionally, Filip is pursuing further education at NEW DEAL ACADEMY to become a recognized mediator in civil and commercial matters.
