Raúl Radigales G. has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Raúl is currently working as the HRD-People & Talent Director at Lecta since 2022. Prior to this, they held roles as a HR Interim Management / Executive Coaching at AWARECOACH from 2012 onwards. Raúl also worked as an HRBP (Project Phase) at BD from 2021 to 2022, and as an HR Manager at Lear Corporation from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they served as an HR manager at Sphere Group Spain within a chemical company from 2004 to 2019, and as the Head of Human Resources from 2001 to 2004. Their earlier experience includes working as an HR professional at Pikolin from 2000 to 2001, and at POLIDUX (Grupo Repsol) in 1998.

Raúl Radigales G. has a diverse education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. In 1995-1998, they completed their undergraduate degree in Labor Law at the Universidad de Zaragoza. Raúl then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the Escuela Europea de Negocios IBS Columbus from 2000-2001. Radigales G. furthered their studies with a postgraduate degree in Labor and Industrial Relations at the Universidad de Zaragoza from 2005-2006. In 2003-2004, they completed a Master's degree in Labor risk prevention from IMF Smart Education. Additionally, they pursued another Master's degree in Labor Studies from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2005-2007. Raúl continued their education at the IE Business School in 2012, where they obtained a professional specialization in Executive Coaching and Management. In 2016, Radigales G. enrolled in the ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization. Raúl also obtained several certifications, including being Advisory and Examiner Certified by the National Agency of Work Skills in Spain (INCUAL) in 2016 and obtaining the title of Executive Coach from IE Executive Education in 2012. Additionally, they became an Associated Coach, certified by ARACOACH Asociación Aragonesa de Coaching, in the same year.
