Elena Bonino

Elena Bonino has extensive experience in talent recruitment and client management, having worked at Lectra since May 2007 in various roles including Jr Talent Recruiter, Trade Marketing, and Client Base Manager. In this capacity, Elena focuses on qualifying, analyzing, and implementing client and prospect information, and coordinates Data Quality projects to emphasize the importance of data across teams. Prior to this, Elena served as a Telemarketing Coordinator at Lectra and held an Executive Assistant position to the CEO from July 2002 to November 2004. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant to the General Manager at I.A.S. Srl from 1999 to 2002. Elena holds a degree in Linguistic Studies from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and completed secondary education at Liceo Linguistico Bonomelli, specializing in multiple languages.
