Florence Mas-Pastor

Florence Mas-Pastor currently serves as General Counsel at Lectra since November 2023. Since January 2020, Florence has also been an investor at Masiju Holding, focusing on investments in Unai, Jow, Dark, RizeAg, and Semper. Prior to these roles, Florence held various legal leadership positions at NTT Ltd. as Chief Legal Officer for NTT Cloud Communications and Chief Legal Officer & Interim Chief Human Resources Officer from August 2019 to May 2023. Florence's extensive legal experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer and VP Legal & Compliance at Arkadin from October 2012 to July 2019, and as Legal Manager at Oberthur Technologies from 2005 to September 2012. Earlier career roles include Associate Lawyer positions at August & Debouzy, CEJ-DA, and Cabinet François & Associés. Florence is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds an LLM from Fordham University School of Law and a Master's degree from University Paris 12 - Law School.
