Hermine Gilquin Laguionie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hermine has been with Lectra since 2014, initially serving as the Responsable Pôle Achats de Production before moving on to become the Responsable Achats Industriels et Qualité Fournisseurs. Hermine currently holds the role of Directrice des Achats Industriels Groupe - VP Industrial Sourcing. Prior to Lectra, Hermine worked at Thales Avionics as the Responsable consolidation Achats Industriels, Acheteur mécanique, and Responsable logistique Ligne de production. Hermine also has experience at STMicroelectronics as an Ingénieur Planning Week-end and at HAMMEL Robinetterie and CEVA Santé Animale as an Assistante logistique. Hermine started their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Ingénieur Gestion de production.

Hermine Gilquin Laguionie attended IMT Mines Albi until 2003. Hermine then pursued a BSCM (Basics of Supply Chain Management) from APICS in the same year. Later, in 2017, they completed their CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) from APICS Northern Colorado.
